Our Classes

Do you want to lose weight? Change your body composition? Or improve your overall health? CrossFit9 offers a variety of classes to help you fulfill your fitness potential. Each program is designed to be accessible to newcomers and professionals alike. Our classes are a fun and exciting way to get in shape. Sign up for your first course and see what all the fuss is about!

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each class is typically an hour-long, and includes pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • 9Fit Conditioning

    Are you ready to break a sweat? 9Fit Conditioning is intense training that will keep your body guessing. Workouts are changed daily so even the most adaptable athlete is challenged. 9Fit Conditioning is great for those looking to lose weight and improve their endurance. Perform bone-fortifying strength work, get your heart rate up, and boost your metabolism.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit9 offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Barbell Club

    The CF9 Barbell Club is open to intermediate and advanced level athletes. Preferably those with 6 or more months of CrossFit or Olympic weightlifting experience. While coaches are always available to assist, this class is self-led. If you’re looking to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk, programming is made available on the whiteboard. Meanwhile, athletes interested in weightlifting meets will receive specialized programming upon request.

  • Yoga

    Every seasoned athlete knows that proper recovery is essential. Our CrossFit9 Yoga class offers a restorative vinyasa flow integrated with yin. In CrossFit speak: The healing practice addresses aches and pains while preventing new injuries. This class is a companion to our other CrossFit9 programs and is a perfect rest day activity.

    Bring: A yoga mat (we have some to borrow), sweat towel, and water bottle.

  • Kids Box Fitness

    Healthy living requires kids to push, pull, run, climb, and jump with ease regardless of their athletic ability. But what if your child isn’t the strongest, fastest, or lightest? Our Kids Box Fitness classes are designed with them in mind. It’s a fun combination of skill practice, workouts, and games that build strength and conditioning. There are elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, jumping rope, and more. It’s a great precursor or complement to any athletic endeavor.

  • Beginner Barbell

    This is a wonderful introduction course for barbell newbies. It prepares you for traditional CrossFit classes in a small, friendly group setting. Athletes will rotate through a variety of barbell movements in 4-week increments. The enrollment caps at 6 participants so RSVP early. Classes meet Wednesdays at 7 p.m. See you there!
