More than CrossFit

It's true. CrossFit is our staple program. But we also have plenty of other ways to get sweaty, acquire new skills, fine-tune your results, and recover like a pro.

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with a “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each class begins with a warm up, a skill or weight training component, and a daily WOD (workout of the day). Classes are an hour long, and include movements like pull-ups, rowing, burpees, squats and much more.

Each workout is scaled to meet your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

9FIT

Are you ready to break a sweat? 9FIT is an intense cardiovascular conditioning class that will keep your body guessing.

Workouts are changed daily so even the most adaptable athlete is challenged. Expect a mix of circuit training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), functional fitness, animal flow, and isolated strength work. We bust out all the toys for this one!

You won't see high-skill technical movements.

9FIT is great for those looking to lose weight, improve endurance, and cardiovascular health.

Want some time to do your own thing outside of class? We call that Open Gym, and it's included in all of our memberships.

Many people use our plentiful Open Gym hours to get extra time on a weightlifting platform, squeeze sets of curls in, or work on mobility. The options are endless.
