In teams of 2:
13 minute AMRAP:
100 box jump
80 wallball
60 KB swing
40 burpee
20 calorie bike
rest 5 minutes, then REPEAT.
Score will be the lesser reps of the 2 AMRAPs.
300 reps per round.
