Erin was born and raised a Buckeye, but transplanted to the Sunshine State for grad school and never left. She grew up playing every sport there was, and specialized in lacrosse for high school and college. Erin spent eight years as an athletic trainer working with athletes who went on to play in the NFL, MLB, and even the Olympics. A change in career and love of the beach brought Erin to St. Pete and to her second family at CrossFit9, where she leverages her athletic training expertise for our athletes’ benefit. These days, when she’s not traveling the world for work, she loves to do anything on the water, as well as hiking, biking and spending time with friends and adopted family.
