Heather’s coaching sweet spot is sharing what she’s learned in the world of Olympic Weightlifting over the last several years. While you’d usually catch her on an Oly platform, moving kilo plates on behalf of CF9 Barbell Club, she’s recently gone back to CrossFit full time. Beware: challenge this former gymnast and cheerleader to a handstand contest, and you’ve got your work cut out for you. Pound for pound, she’s one of the strongest athletes in the gym.
Body mechanics are on Heather’s mind nearly 24/7. Her work is in developing prosthetics, and she drives all over the Tampa Bay area visiting patients and making them more mobile.
