Secret Talent:
“I once played the water glasses in a high school pageant like Sandra Bullock on Miss Congeniality. I can still do it!”
Favorite Thing About CrossFit9:
“We’re a big, passionate, diverse family. You’ll find yourself making friends with people you’d maybe never meet outside of these walls. Whether you’re shy, outgoing, a seasoned athlete, or a newbie, you’re going to get high fives for your best effort.”
Bio
Lindsay identifies as a “lady meathead”, as she started learning her way around a barbell at age 12. After graduating from the University of Montana (Go Griz!), Lindsay’s career as a television producer brought her across the United States. She left the news business to pursue creative marketing and fitness, but you’ll still see her with a camera in hand, bringing her love for inclusive storytelling to CrossFit9.
Lindsay’s passion is helping other women discover their inner badass through strength training (and dispelling the “bulky myth” at the same time). She’s also a movement nerd who loves helping her rehabilitation clients find their way back to fitness after an injury.
When she’s not at the gym, you’ll find Lindsay blogging, biking around downtown St. Pete to her favorite coffee shops and eateries, or playing with her dogs Kilo (Shiba Inu) and Dale (Belgian Malinois).
