Movement Tip Monday: The Core Strength Hold You’re NOT Doing!

CRUSH your front rack and overhead movements with this core builder!

We often think of wall sits as a cardio class leg burner, but today we’re serving up a version that will benefit even the biggest barbell buff.

Coaches Chris and Megan demonstrate the double front rack kettlebell wall sit. (Can you believe it? There’s a way to make wall sits burn even worse!)

Grab a set of light kettlebells to start, and work your way up. We recommend starting out by adding 3 sets of 30 second holds to your core accessory work.
