1. Book a No-Sweat Intro
If you’re new to CrossFit9, this is where you’ll start!
This 20-minute appointment is absolutely free and you’re under no obligation to purchase.
In this appointment, we will:
• Show you around the gym
• Talk about your health history and goals for the future
• Discuss next steps towards that goal
2. On-Ramp Steps
In the No-Sweat Intro, your coach will suggest next steps depending on your health, experience, and goals.
For most people, this will be our Five Weeks to Fit program, a combination of on-ramp personal training and classes.
If you’re currently CrossFitting at another affiliate with more than 6 months of experience, your coach will assess whether you’re able to jump into CrossFit WODs. However, we highly recommend the Five Weeks to Fit program for all levels, as getting coached one-on-one can help you take your fitness to the next level.
3. Just Show Up!
Once you’ve graduated from Five Weeks to Fit, you’re ready to pick and choose from 9HIIT and CrossFit WODs.
A few classes (like our 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes) require an advance RSVP on Wodify. But most class times do not require a reservation.
From there, you’ll show up, sign in, and get to work. It’s that easy!
You can also start using Open Gym time to work on specific movements or stretch, and can always lean on personal training with our coaches to help you reach your goals. We’re here to guide you on your fitness journey, and every journey is different. Your path is yours to forge, and we can’t wait to see you around the gym.
