Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
This programming is for the athlete who wants to get stronger and work on the technical aspects of weightlifting. Even better, it's included in CrossFit9 memberships.
Expect self-led programming (posted to our athlete app Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) that can be completed in our ample open gym hours. Coaches are always on hand to assist, but this allows our athletes to train no matter what time of day they're in the gym.
CF9 Barbell is a USA Weightlifting club. Athletes interested in competing in meets will receive specialized programming upon request.
