Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with a “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each class begins with a warm up, a skill or weight training component, and a daily WOD (workout of the day). Classes are an hour long, and include movements like pull-ups, rowing, burpees, squats and much more.

Each workout is scaled to meet your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

9HIIT Conditioning

Are you ready to break a sweat? 9HIIT is intense bootcamp-style training that will keep your body guessing. Workouts are changed daily so even the most adaptable athlete is challenged. 9HIIT is great for those looking to lose weight and improve their endurance. In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit9 offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body or reach your fitness goals. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

Olympic Weightlifting

This programming is for the athlete who wants to get stronger and work on the technical aspects of weightlifting. Even better, it's included in CrossFit9 memberships.

Expect self-led programming (posted to our athlete app Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) that can be completed in our ample open gym hours. Coaches are always on hand to assist, but this allows our athletes to train no matter what time of day they're in the gym.

CF9 Barbell is a USA Weightlifting club. Athletes interested in competing in meets will receive specialized programming upon request.
