CrossFit

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with a “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each class begins with a warm up, a skill or weight training component, and a daily WOD (workout of the day). Classes are an hour long, and include movements like pull-ups, rowing, burpees, squats and much more.

Each workout is scaled to meet your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

9HIIT Conditioning

Are you ready to break a sweat? 9HIIT is intense bootcamp-style training that will keep your body guessing. Workouts are changed daily so even the most adaptable athlete is challenged. 9HIIT is great for those looking to lose weight and improve their endurance. Perform bone-fortifying strength work, get your heart rate up, and boost your metabolism.

9Fit-Conditioning

If CrossFit and 9HIIT are like a frying pan, this class is a slow cooker.

A funky-flowy class demanding your total presence of mind to learn new movements and tune into your body. Wim Hof breathing, steel maces, and bodyweight flows are going to challenge and humble all athletes.

Expect to leave feeling sweaty, centered, and thinking that was harder than it looks!

This class is an a la carte membership and caps at 12 attendees.

Personal Training

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit9 offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body or reach your fitness goals. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

Olympic Weightlifting

The CF9 Barbell Club is open to intermediate and advanced level athletes, preferably those with 6 or more months of CrossFit or Olympic weightlifting experience. While coaches are always available to assist, this class is self-led. If you’re looking to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk, programming is made available on the whiteboard. Meanwhile, athletes interested in weightlifting meets will receive specialized programming upon request.

Recovery

Recovery is an affordable subscription program giving CrossFit 9 and 9HIIT athletes access to the tools and knowledge they need to recover like top athletes, right here in the gym. You’ll gain access to our monthly Recovery Workshop Series, the TheraGun, Compex, and more to come!
