Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with a “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each class begins with a warm up, a skill or weight training component, and a daily WOD (workout of the day). Classes are an hour long, and include movements like pull-ups, rowing, burpees, squats and much more.

Each workout is scaled to meet your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

9HIIT

Are you ready to break a sweat? 9HIIT is intense 45-minute conditioning class that will keep your body guessing. Workouts are changed daily so even the most adaptable athlete is challenged. 9HIIT is great for those looking to lose weight, improve endurance, and cardiovascular health.
