L3: 185 DL; 135 BB Row & Lunge
Toes to Bar – Isometric
Toes to Bar – Isometrics (Checkmark)
Accumulate 3 minutes in L-Sit hold on parallettes
Every break, perform 20 sec arch hold on floor
