Summer is nearly here, 9'ers. Time to get that beach bod ready.
We're coming off a very successful May #RoadToMurph challenge and we want to help you hit the beach with confidence.
That's why this month, we're kicking off our summer plank series. Every day after your workout for the month of June, we'll hold a sustained plank.
We'll start with one minute, and work our way up in 15 second increments starting each Monday. By the end of the month, we'll be plank masters!
Is starting with one minute too easy? Spice it up by testing your plank - hold as long as you can and add 15 seconds each week to that time.
By the end of the month, you'll see tighter midsections and better stability.
That's a win-win!
